At Double Inked Notary Services, we're looking for a creative and strategic Marketing, Brand & Advertising Coordinator to help grow our brand and expand our reach. If you're passionate about marketing, content creation, branding, and connecting with customers, we'd love to have you on our team.

In this role, you'll help showcase who we are through digital marketing, social media, advertising, community engagement, and creative campaigns that strengthen our brand and generate new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns.

  • Manage social media platforms and content calendars.

  • Create graphics, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.

  • Write engaging website, blog, and email content.

  • Assist with Google Business Profile optimization.

  • Coordinate online and local advertising campaigns.

  • Help plan and promote community events.

  • Track marketing performance and campaign results.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Research new marketing opportunities and industry trends.

  • Collaborate with sales and community partnership teams.
